a giveaway

before becoming a mama 10ish years ago, i dipped my creative toes into the big, wide world.  well, sort of.  for a short time, i sold giclee prints of my colored pencil drawings to gift shops and small galleries.  then came motherhood and all the wonderfulness that a mama’s life entails…and i put my artistic endeavors on hold.  while being a mama is a great joy in my life – and keeps my life very full – i feel like i’m ready to dip my toes again.  and you, dear readers, are the water into which i’m dipping.

i have a framed glicee print that i’d like to send to one of you, wherever you may be.  i’m eager to share a little piece of me…with you.  the final, framed image {silver frame} measures 7×7″ and all materials are of archival quality.

if you’d like to enter to win, just leave a comment in this post before Wednesday 6pm EST.  i will announce the random winner at the bottom of this post on thursday morning.

sending a little love your way, m

and the winner is…christy!

with just four entrants, my children helped me pick the random winner the old-fashioned way…out of a hat.  thank you to all of you who entered this giveaway…i appreciate the kind words each of you left in the comments.

  1. I’m honoured to be in the water that you’re dipping into! So lovely to be getting to know you. And so keen to see where your creativity takes you.

  2. Dear Sending a Little Love My Way —Thank you for reminding me of mindfulness and taking the time to enjoy the small moments. I read your blog every day and feel peaceful, even if it’s just for a few moments.

Mahalo, my dear Ko Olina friend.

  3. Michelle, thank you for sharing your art with us in this way. Aesthetics, the study of what makes something beautiful and bittersweet, always lurks in the practice of putting our hands and our hearts to the day-to-day material of life! Count me in!
