pops of life

you know, i typed up a post with photos from my weekend…a misty walk in the woods, boulders to climb, hints of new growth all about. but my heart wasn’t in it.

what i really want to share today is the beauty sitting right on my kitchen table.

the misty shots were, well, misty and mellow. but they didn’t feel right as i was writing today’s post. so instead, i’m sharing these pops of color. perhaps it’s a selfish effort to lift my mood. not that my mood is down, but a bit on the heavy side…lots to get done in the next few days. i need this little lift. i hope it does you some good too.
