sometimes there’s not much you can do except take a deep breath, feed the children, wash the dishes, and bake some fresh bread.
mix ingredients. knead ingredients. bake ingredients.
it’s quite simple.
it just requires time…time to mix, time to rise, time to bake, time to enjoy.

I’m with you! Baking bread for my family is such a wonderful feeling. I’m still working on how to do it gluten free, but I’ll get there!
