taking some time to reflect upon my week…

:: not technically from this week, but i must thank those of you who left me comments wishing me a happy break.  i didn’t expect any comments on this post and, boy, did they make me smile *big*…thanks for your love notes

:: loving our family’s time at the beach but appreciating how good it feels to settle back into home and our rhythms

:: serious zucchini growth in the garden…so much more fun to chop and sautee when it’s come from the backyard garden

:: pulling weeds…and more weeds {yes, i know i just mentioned my weed situation yesterday, but it bears noting again…}

  2. Beach time is my favorite time, and we were lucky to all be together this past May is SC. I hope next year we will be lucky too. Your salad looks refreshing -and locally grown an added plus. We are waiting on ours to produce still. Have a lovely weekend!
