on this solstice day
i find myself feeling quiet among all the goings-on.
there is much to enjoy these days as i watch and help my children bake and craft gifts for loved ones.
there is music, a bit of dancing, lots of nibbling.
and amidst all this, there is quiet.
there is the reflection on what this past year has been.
a year full of exploration and connection and inspiration.
a year full of moments…some good, some not so much.
a year.
thank you for being a part of my year.
as 2012 winds its way down, i wish moments of quiet for you.
i wish moments of love.
i wish moments of good food and laughter.
i wish, i wish, i wish…yes, all of it…for you.
each post i write, i sign off by telling you that i’m sending love your way.
