i am grateful.

::  the sweet illumination of a candle…the ritual, the peace

::  oh, how i love our flannel sheets…every night, upon climbing into bed, i appreciate the soft warmth

::  the fantastic light which streams into our bathroom…even on cloudy days, the light there is still present, still amazing

::  beginning the day with a cup of hot tea…allowing myself those few moments to sit and sip, to be still

::  an extra:  over at makings of motherhood, we’re exploring gratitude this month…i’d be honored if you read my contribution, which can be found by clicking here

now, tell me…what are you feeling today?

sending a little love your way, m

  1. All four images are really wonderful and I like how you placed them in this nice box and how you explain them. I’m ready to go read the motherhood post now. I like that blog too very much. I cant’ wait to post my gratitude today once I get home.

  2. Grateful for gently restored health, and for the embracing winter tea that you (michelle) taught me how to make. Thankful for a day at home with children, math facts, wool, dogs, and vibrant orange leaves to sweep.
