so i’m trying something new on fridays. ready?
a little inspirational image+quote for you, followed by a prompt. to simply read. to explore with words or paint. to capture in a photograph of your own. to consider while you walk or sip or breathe. take it. allow it to seep into your consciousness. go, dearest…
now consider this: ** what does weaving mean to me? **
sending a little love your way, m
Me…quotes…you know I love this Michelle!
Happy days to you.
the quotes…never too many, right? i love them too!
happy days to you as well. xo
you’ve got me thinking. happy friday, my friend. xo
oh, good! happy friday, b.
xo
Lovely prompt and I will ponder a bit before I say what weaving is to me…right off I think of my journaling in the early morning hours and how I weave yesterday’s news, today thoughts (worries) and wishes all on one page.
oh, take your time pondering! love what you’ve mentioned already…weaving your words in your journal. that’s lovely…
I think Fridays will be all the better for your inspirational notes. I will weave them into the tapestry of my days.

you are so kind, patricia. thank you, and wishing you beautiful weavings…xo
I just bought a small loom and several bits at the local thrift! Very excited although I haven’t the slightest idea how to put it together and work with it. (I suppose that’s not what you mean at all…lol)
well, and maybe it is…for you! the literal and metaphorical have delicious overlappings…
{have fun with that loom!}
Love this new feature you have going. Your words and images always leave me in a reflective state, so I love that this prompts with questions. Off to consider weaving… :)
thanks, caitlin {so much}…you make me smile. xx
Love this. For me, the weaving is the circling, the back and forth-ing, the staying in the grey too long…
i am learning to love the grey…
xo
though i suppose there are different greys…those in which one gets mired…and the ones to which i was referring where there is an acknowledgement of possibilities.
