gratitude week :: day seven

gratitude…
the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness

600flowers
for the sweet light which shines through the windows of our home.  for the quiet spaces within our home.  for fresh flowers and the daughter who requested that we buy them.  for the way the petals open and curl and lean for the light.  for a day full of sunshine and nowhere to go.  for blackened mahi mahi sandwiches. and pumpkin pie. for the three people who share this home with me…who are my home.  for extended family and for friends {both online and real-time} who touch my life in ways large and small.  for exhilarating experiences. and for humbling moments.  for lessons in patience.  for the practice of gratitude.

sending a little love your way, m
thank you for sharing gratitude with me this past week.  xo
