Let’s take this first one literally. Wherever you are right now, pause. Working with your five senses, notice what’s around you. Notice how you feel within. Write the first five gratitudes that come to mind…right here, right now.
Try to do this at least twice more today. Don’t worry about writing anything down. Just think it in your mind. Feel it in your heart. Five things reflective of where you happen to be at your moment of pause.
