A quiet journaling series. For the month of January. From me to you. xo
For last year’s words belong to last year’s language. And next year’s words await another voice.
~ T.S. Eliot ~
Make a short list (maybe 3-5 things) of beautiful moments you enjoyed in 2019.
Make a short list (maybe 3-5 things) of challenges you faced in 2019.
Is there anything you need to let go of? Make a list: maybe tear it into tiny pieces, or burn it, or draw a big X through it. Let it go.
What would you like to call into your life? This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to set goals or resolutions (though you might). How would you like to feel in the days and weeks and months ahead?? Consider ways you might support yourself in this way of being. Since we’re in list mode here, maybe make a list. xo
I hope you enjoy a few quiet moments with these prompts.
sending a little love your way, m
(and Happy New Year!)
