A quiet journaling series. Read here to learn more about following along from June 19 – August 28. As inspired, please share in the comments below + use #atinybitofquiet on Instagram.
Did I offer peace today?
Did I bring a smile to someone’s face?
Did I say words of healing?
Did I let go of my anger and resentment?
Did I forgive?
Did I love?
These are the real questions.
I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now
will bear fruits, here in this world and in the life to come.
~ Henri Nouwen ~
For today, the journaling prompts lie in the quote above.
Read the quote again (and maybe again).
Sit quietly for a few minutes.
Take your time answering each of the six questions. Be honest. Go gently.
Repeat tomorrow. And the next day. And the next.
These are important questions. Remember them.
always the love, m
P.S. Did you catch my post the other day about Just Five Things??

This is so beautiful and really made me focus on the *here and now*. Thank you for this Michelle.
I’m glad, Betty. I find these questions (this quote) to be an extra thoughtful anchor in my days.
Thanks so much for letting me know. xo
