Fear and Curiosity

This morning, I stumbled upon a reference to J. Krishnamurti.  On the idea of fear.  How we think we’re afraid of things, how we think the fear is caused by certain incidents and entities.  Fear of spiders, fear of heights, fear of public speaking.  But he believes we’re not afraid of different things, divided and categorized.  We’re only afraid.

It’s energy in the body.

Instead of trying to conquer our fears one by one, can we watch the way fear moves in our body?

Can we not rush to get rid of it, but instead, observe and learn from it?

Can we get curious?

And what will we do with what we learn?

always the love, m

P.S.  I wrote a February Note for you.  Are you signed up to get it??
P.P.S. You have a few more days to enjoy this free series.  xo
