At the top of each month, I send notes on whatever my right now looks like, a letter from me to you.  Kind of like blog posts but better, I think.  I usually include what I’m currently reading, as well as a favorite recipe.  And I let you know about upcoming offerings, plus give you special discounts on those classes.  Sometimes I make gentle worksheets that you can download for reflection.

Basically, these monthly notes are heartfelt letters from me to you.  No more, no less.
